All Saints Community Hall was built with funds from donations by the residents and businesses in Melbourn and the surrounding area. The trustees run fund raising events to provide resources to make improvements to the hall premises but the day to day running expenses and cost of repairs are met out of contributions from the users of the hall by way of hire charges. Contact bookings for hire charges.

Discounts are available for bookings with recurring dates and for youth groups or special community activities. Day rates are also available.

Please note that:
1. UV party systems eg Glow Parties are not acceptable.
2. Greetings banners should not be affixed to walls, speakers etc there is a baton on the alcove wall for drawing pin use.

The toilets, kitchen and corridor are shared areas for the users of both the main hall and the meeting room. If the exclusive use of the premises is required, then both rooms must be booked together.
